Develop new skills with this Rhino for architects 2-day course
This comprehensive two-day course is suitable for architects, structural engineers, urban designers and building envelope engineers.
It contains both intermediate and advanced content and though it follows a clearly defined structure, there is scope for trainees to discuss individual work examples and work on live projects.
Beginning with an intro as to how Rhino is used in a professional architectural practice, a refresher then follows before the course moves on to discuss NURBS topology in more detail. This theory is then put into practice in a number of architectural exercises during which a range of tools and strategies particularly useful to architectural professionals are utilised.
Topics covered include:
- Curve and Surface Evaluation
- Matching Surface Continuity
- Working with Maps and Terrain
- Strategies for Organic Forms
- Orient and Array Tools
- Paneling and Rationalisation
- Introduction to V-Ray Render
