NETWORKING EVENINGS Monthly FREE Each event includes a talk by an inspirational guest speaker, followed by informal networking. *FARM Thurs 8th April 10 (please note change of date!) 6 - 8pm* > Farm is a design collective comprising four UK based designers: Guy Brown, Alexena Cayless, Sebastian Hejna and Giles Miller. Each produces distinctive individual pieces manufactured in the UK and stocked by some of the UK’s leading retailers and galleries. Working collaboratively on projects, commissions and exhibitions the group has achieved considerable attention from the design press and industry professionals. Farm has been selected to exhibit at the Design Museum London in January 2010 as part of the Designers in Residence program. The 5 week long project aims to strengthen the relationship between British manufacturers and the UK’s emerging design talent, creating new products, new markets and new networks. This project will provide a platform in which to exchange ideas and knowledge to promote British manufacturing.
